Liftia Québec places great importance on the protection of personal information. This policy explains what information we collect, why, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have. It complies with the Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information (Law 25) applicable in Quebec.
Person in charge of the protection of personal information
In accordance with Law 25, Liftia has designated a person in charge of the protection of personal information. You can reach them for any question about this policy or to exercise your rights:
Email: contact@liftia.ai.
Information we collect
We collect only the information necessary for our activities, in particular when you fill out a contact form or subscribe to our newsletter: name, organization name, email and, where applicable, the content of your message. We may also collect anonymized browsing data for statistical purposes.
Purposes of use
Your information is used to:
- respond to your requests and send you our service offerings;
- send you our newsletter when you have consented to it;
- improve our site and services;

Consent
By sending us your information, you consent to its use for the purposes described above. You can withdraw your consent at any time, in particular by unsubscribing from the newsletter or by writing to us.
Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell your personal information. We may entrust it to service providers acting on our behalf (for example, the tool that sends our newsletter, Substack, or our customer relationship management tool), only to the extent necessary to provide their services and while maintaining confidentiality. Some of these providers may process data outside Quebec; where this is the case, we ensure an adequate level of protection.
Cookies
Our site may use cookies to ensure it works properly and to measure its audience in an anonymized way. You can configure your browser to refuse them.
Retention
We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes or to meet our legal obligations, after which it is destroyed or anonymized.
Security
We put in place reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against loss, unauthorized access, disclosure or destruction.

In accordance with Law 25, you have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- have it corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
- withdraw your consent;
- request that its dissemination cease or that it be deleted in the cases provided for by law.
